Roxanne Ward Zaghab, MSW, DM, CKM, Principal
Dr. Zaghab equips organizations to overcome the challenges related to design, optimization, and evaluation of mobile and educational technologies based on best evidence.
Since 1981 Zaghab has been preparing organizations at the interface between human needs and technology. She is author of 20+ publications and reviewer for numerous journals and conferences in the fields of distance education and healthcare. Dr. Zaghab is a certified Knowledge Management practitioner and an contributor to the international field of online and hybrid education for the adult learner-practitioner.
Zaghab was Senior e-Learning Advisor for the HRH2030 Philippines Project and recently Director of the Knowledge Enterprise at the University of Maryland Center for Innovative Pharmacy Solutions where she led the design, development, delivery and evaluation of 15,000+ hours of continuing education for licensed healthcare professionals. As Associate Professor Adjunct at University of Maryland Global Campus, Zaghab teaches the the online global healthcare management curriculum that she developed for accreditation.
In addition, Zaghab has served as a consultant for national and international organizations, including: American International Health Alliance, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, The World Bank, Drexel University Online, Catholic University, Gondar University (Ethiopia), Bir Zeit University (Occupied West Bank), Safe Blood for Africa, and the Foundation Against HIV/AIDS in Africa.
